Meet & site visit
A free consultation and a visit to your plot. We study orientation, soil, approvals and your family's brief.
Week 1 - 02
Design & 3D walkthrough
Architectural plans, structural design and photoreal 3D views, refined with you until every room feels right.
Weeks 2 to 6 - 03
Approvals & fixed quote
Plan passing with AMC, AUDA or your local authority, an itemised bill of quantities and a clear contract.
Weeks 6 to 10 - 04
Construction
Foundation, RCC frame, masonry and services by our own site team, with cube-tested concrete and weekly photo reports.
Months 3 to 12 - 05
Interiors & finishing
Flooring, kitchen, wardrobes, panelling, lighting and paint, built in our workshop and fitted on site.
Months 10 to 14 - 06
Handover
A room-by-room snag walk, as-built drawings, warranty papers and keys in time for your griha pravesh.

How much does it cost to build a house in Ahmedabad?
Most of our bungalows come in between ₹2,000 and ₹3,200 per sq ft of built-up area for structure and finishes, depending on design and materials. Interiors are extra. Use the estimator above for a quick range; we give you an itemised quote after a site visit.
How long does construction take?
A typical 3,000 to 5,000 sq ft bungalow takes 12 to 16 months from foundation to handover, plus about two months for design and approvals. Interiors run in parallel with finishing.
Do you handle plan approvals?
Yes. Our architects prepare the drawings and we manage plan passing with AMC, AUDA, GUDA or your local authority, and the building-use permission at the end.
Can you do only the interiors of my flat or home?
Yes. Turnkey interiors for apartments and existing homes are a large part of our work, from a single kitchen to a complete home.
Do you take projects outside Ahmedabad?
Yes. We build across Gujarat, including Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot, and take projects anywhere in India with a resident site engineer.
I live abroad. Can you build my home in Gujarat?
Yes, and many of our clients do. You get one point of contact, video walkthroughs and a weekly report, and only need to visit for key decisions.
How are payments structured?
Stage-wise and linked to completed milestones such as plinth, each slab, masonry and finishing. No large advances.
